I don't think you have too much to worry about - every 3032 Tomcat I have ever seen had the heavier frame.. I bought mine in 2018, the Inox model they sold after the issue became known Beretta simply added more metal to the slide, to make it heavier, which makes it recoil with less “snap” I suppose – and this was Beretta’s entire answer to the problem.. Beretta doesn't “repair or replace” these any more, nor do they warrant them for use with hand loads or ammunition which exceeds 130 ft..
